A Christmas Collection
Jamaican Gingerbread I got this recipe from a library book during our 1st annual family cookie bake-off. The competition was really fun. Everyone in the family had to come up with an entry due by Christmas Eve. I can not remember which book this came from, but it is a pretty good recipe. I used Jamaican Allspice because it was all we had in the house and the cookies came out really good. I don't know if that was what made the difference. I totally should have decorated them like this picture. Maybe I will this year. Alan Dart's Hula Hamsters has a cute drum. Maybe I will make a little Gingerbread Reggee Band this year.
