Garden Journal

My first mystery red rose. This was supposed to be a Mr. Lincoln but I think it is Altissimo. There is another climbing rose on the poarch post that is supposed to be Don Jaun but it has not bloomed yet and I am not sure what it is. I am also not sure what the plant in the back left is. I think it may be the salvia that I planted 2 years ago but am not sure.

Clematis H. F. Young near the hose and 3 years old this year.

New mystery gold rose. It is supposed to be Don Juan but is gold, so apparantly not. This one is a deep gold color but does not have much fragrance at all. It is in the plastic Terra Cotta colored pot.

This yellow was supposed to be Mr. Lincoln but bloomed yellow as well. Planted out last year. This one smells sooooo good.

Amazingly, once again I bought a rose marked Don Juan (red) and it bloomed yellow with pink tinge on the edge of the petals. It is in the green pot.

Here is a better pic of the 3rd mystery yellow. This one has a pretty fragrance as well.

Here are my three little lavander plants. The one on the left seems to be struggling a little but they are all doing ok at 2 weeks.

This one shows the lilac I got from Chris. It is doing very well in a terra cotta pot. You can also see my little lavander cuttings which have rooted, the impatiens which have rooted and my little Mimosa de 4 Saisons (Acacia Retinodes) in the little pots on the right. Directly to the left of the Lilac is the rose Chryslar Imperial. It has not bloomed yet either, so I can't be sure it is Chryslar Imperial. There are spearamint and peppermint in the pots in the front right. As well as a few spearamint plants behind the right most lavander.

Here are 4 of  my little Mimosa de 4 Saisons (Acacia Retinodes) 05-04-12
