Notes:
Sand them.
Wipe them down and get rid of all the dust particles.
Prime them with automobile primer.
Paint them. It’s important to spray consistently. What do I mean? Make sure that you aren’t spraying in circles or going back and forth over an area quickly. The key is to start on one side, just on the outside of the side and go all the way over to the other side without stopping until you get just past the edge. That way nothing pools. AND. Hold the can about 8-10 inches from the piece. AND, don’t worry about getting it fully painted the first go. I find that layering the paint, like clothing, is best. The lighter you go, the less drips and dribbles you have.
